Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira will not budge from their valuation for Fabio Coentrao.
The fullback is a top target for Real Madrid - but they are so far are refusing to meet Benfica's €30 million asking price.
"I do not know if they will get him," said Vieira.
"So far, we expect Fabio to return for preseason training. If someone pays the value of the buyout clause, €30 million, there'll be nothing we can do."
