Benfica goalkeeper Ederson has expressed his happiness ahead of a proposed move to Manchester City.
Revelations have recently been made that Manchester City have agreed a £35million fee with Benfica over the transfer of talented goalkeeper Ederson and although the move has not been made official as of yet, it is expected to be completed within the next few days.
Ederson has been speaking ahead of his proposed move to City and has expressed his happiness at being able to join the Premier League giants as well as at the prospect of linking up with former Benfica teammate Bernardo Silva at the Etihad Stadium.
Ederson said: "I'm very happy! The first impressions were very good. I had the pleasure of sharing a few moments with him (Bernardo Silva) coming through at Benfica – he's a great goalkeeper. If I can play with him I'll be very happy."
