Benfica striker Jose Antonio Reyes will be returning to parent club Atletico Madrid at the end of the season.
Record says Benfica are refusing to meet Atletico's asking price for the Spain international, which is in the region of £6 million.
Reyes will now return to Atletico, though his future in Madrid remains clouded.
