Benevento coach Pippo Inzaghi insists they're not yet down after Crotone setback

Benevento coach Pippo Inzaghi insists they're not yet down after their 1-1 draw with Crotone.

The result sees Benevento now in the bottom three.

Inzaghi said, “This has been the problem this season, 19 shots on goal and we don't kill the game off.

“It's not possible that the opposition goalkeeper is always the man of the match, clearly we've got to look at ourselves too. We should've tried a tactical foul and stopped the move earlier.

“Now we will cheer on Lazio and hope that it's still open going into the final game."

He continued: “Naturally there is disappointment, the game was practically over, but if you leave it open when it should be 3-0 or 4-0, you run the risk of this ending.

Crotone were already relegated and wouldn't let us take anything for granted, so now we hope Lazio will do the same against Torino. We still have this hope that we can have our fate in our hands and fight for our safety in the final game."
