Yossi Benayoun has revealed he spoke with Avram Grant before signing with Chelsea.
Benayoun moved to Chelsea from Liverpool at the end of last season for £5.5 million. West Ham United boss Avram Grant had a successful spell in charge of Chelsea three years ago.
"Avram gave me a few tips," he told chelseafc.com. "He told me to come with confidence and patience and believe I am good enough, so I just need to work hard and prove it."
