The center-back has been struggling with his fitness towards the end of this past season.

White has a hamstring problem that has not gone away with treatment.

According to the Evening Standard, he has pulled out of the England squad, but manager Gareth Southgate is not likely to call in a replacement.

Southgate had 27 players in the squad, which means he still has 26 available for him as they prepare to take on Hungary, Germany, and Italy in the coming weeks.
