Former Manchester United winger Ben Thornley has tipped off fans about another exciting talent coming through the club's system.
United's fans - and coaching staff - are buzzing after the emergence of Shola Shoretire this season, with the 17 year-old making both his Premier League and Europa League debuts in recent weeks.
Thornley, who works as a pundit for MUTV, the club's in-house television channel, says beyond the likes of Shoretire, Joe Hugill and Hannibal Mejbri, there's another young prospect fans should be keeping an eye on.
Writing in his regular column for Tribalfootball.com, Thornley declared: "One name who has flown under the radar in the academy this season is Will Fish, who has been exceptional for the U23s.
"In the first-half of the season, he was paired alongside Teden Mengi, who we all know has already made his senior debut. Those two were extremely solid together."
Indeed, Thornley is adamant Fish is as talented as Mengi, now out on-loan with Wayne Rooney's Derby County, and has enough in his locker to find his way into Manchester United's senior set up.
He continued: "Perhaps because he played for the first-team, it is Teden Mengi who everybody has been speaking about. But make no bones about it, Will Fish has had an exceptionally good season and he is somebody people will need to look out for in the future.
"He's quick, he reads the game extremely well, strong in the air and in the tackle, everything you could want from a centre-half."
Fish, 18, formerly captained Manchester United U16s and this season has been a regular in the Premier League 2 U23 competition and the senior EFL Trophy tournament.
