Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy is confident the Citizens will shake up the cosy cartel of the top four. The Wales international told the Daily Star City's wealth was "the best thing that's happened in football."

"People are grumbling about City for spending all this money, but that's what the top four have been doing for years, paying big fees and top wages.

"Don't forget, the Manchester United's and Chelsea's have been spending £20m, £30m on players for a long time. Now we're doing it that makes us the bad guys? Far from it."
