Belgium coach Roberto Martinez says Chelsea ace Eden Hazard could handle a move to Real Madrid.

With Zinedine Zidane back in charge at Los Blancos, he has been linked with an overhaul at the club in terms of summer changes.

Among those is the potential acquisition of Chelsea standout Hazard, a move that Martinez believes would be beneficial.

"I think he is in the best form of his career," Martinez told RTL.

"We saw him at the World Cup, he's ready for and to lead any project.

"For all players, it is about enjoying their role and feeling important wherever they are.

"These big players need big roles."
