Beilin: Mourinho perfect for Martial; Balotelli already Nice rockstar; Everyone wants Bakayoko

Mario Balotelli and his Nice debut? We're all very proud. Everybody wanted to see this game. For a player without physical preparation, it was fantastic.

I saw a very focused player for 90 minutes. I remember one clue thing during the match. After the victorious goal of Wylan Cyprien, his attitude was a celebration. When you know the player, when you know the man, you will understand he feels committed and this is good for him.

He will score for sure between 15 and 20 goals in the league. He is a rockstar already in Nice! The fans are crazy about him.

It is the south of France, they are passionate. Inside the club they told me about his arrival. In the changing room, he has done everything to be accepted. He handed a gift to every player, for example. As I told you last week, Nice has made a courageous move. I hope it will be a long term success for them. They deserve it.

With Eric Roy (former Sunderland player), we changed everything in the scouting division. We are glad to see a living club and players like Vincent Koziello we found. Scouting is everything in football, at least 51%!

WHAT IS KLUIVERT DOING?

To be honest, nobody understands what Patrick Kluivert's position is inside PSG. Some say he is the new sports director, but he arrived late in the Parisian market campaign. And what did Paris do? They convinced Blaise Matuidi to stay, ok. They let David Luiz move to Chelsea, ok.

But what about the arrivals? Nothing. Is his job to sign great players or only to make the link between the board and the coach? This is not obvious. A lot of specialists agree that Paris needs a centre-forward and it is for sure not Jese.

They all also say, having six months with three central defenders is dangerous. I agree with them. I think Paris failed recruiting a top player like Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo or Neymar and they felt lost in the market. The fans are obviously very disappointed for the moment.

When you lose Ibra, you have to do something, they did not.

RABIOT COMMENTS UNHELPFUL

Adrien Rabiot has spoken about wanting to return to England. But he is the present and the future of PSG. Like Marquinhos, they will not sell him.

However, his reputation has become damaged since his mother and agent, Veronique Rabiot, began speaking to the press more and more. She has never been short of words.

The relationship between Rabiot and PSG was close to being broken last year. Everybody is aware of his talent. I personally think the comments were only thoughtlessness, nothing more. The player is very confident. Leaving Paris for the Premier League? Maybe next summer but definitely not in January.

MOURINHO IDEAL FOR MARTIAL

Everyone asks about Anthony Martial and where the Manchester United youngster should be played.

But what is Thierry Henry's best position? Same, same, same! He needs a player next to him to play as a central forward (4-4-2) and space to play on the left side (4-3-3). I am not sure he can play alone like Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Robert Lewandowski.

But look at what Arsene Wenger did with Henry... In the 4-2-3-1 of this season, he should play left side or around Ibrahimovic but Wayne Rooney is Wayne Rooney.

Jose Mourinho is a tactical manager. We in France are sure he will learn a lot from him. He is a young player, he needs to work on all aspects of his game. What Jose brings is tactical work and self-confidence. The season is long, Martial and Marcus Rashford will play a lot of matches.

BAKAYOKO ONE TO WATCH

There's a lot of transfer buzz around Tiemoue Bakayoko, the Monaco midfielder.

Bakayoko is a fantastic player. He will play in a top club for sure. I can compare him to Yaya Toure when he was with Monaco. He is this kind of player, box to box, capable of being a great 'recuperator' and also a great 'organiser'.

In a year, he will be ready for a huge club. Juventus, Bayern, City, Real Madrid (if they can - ask FIFA!). These players can play everywhere. We already know which players will play in Premier League from France. And the clubs follow them since the youth leagues.

Wylan Cyprien is one of them for example. A few clubs tried this summer but the player wanted to continue his development.
