Manchester United hero David Beckham is in talks with former Real Madrid teammate Zinedine Zidane about being the inaugural coach of his Inter Miami MLS franchise.
The Mirror says Beckham has held talks with former Real Madrid team-mate Zidane about the possibility of him taking over the reins of Inter Miami.
The former France midfielder has been without a job since resigning from his position as Real Madrid boss after guiding Los Blancos to a third consecutive Champions League crown in May.
Zidane is among the favourites to replace Jose Mourinho if the Portuguese manager is sacked by Manchester United but Beckham has now opened negotiations for him to come to Florida.
It is believed Zidane would prefer to remain in Europe but Beckham looks keen on hiring a high-profile manager to take control of the league's latest addition.
