Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies has no fear of Leroy Sane joining the club.

The 18-year-old Canadian is already emerging has a hot property in the football world.

He only managed six substitute appearances for Bayern last season, but is tipped to make the breakthrough to a starting spot in the coming season.

However, his path would be more difficult if Sane joined to play in the same position on the left or right wing.

"There's no pressure whatsoever from the club," Davies told Germany's Bild newspaper.

"They want to build me up, that I get my game time and that I get used to the league.

"It's difficult to come over from Canada as a youngster and play for one of the best teams in the world.

"They're giving me all the time I need and their plan has been very good so far."
