Bayern Munich club president Herbert Hainer is not happy about the circumstances surrounding boss Hansi Flick and the German national team.
Flick is being linked with a move to the German side, as current head coach Joachim Low will step down after the European Championships in the summer.
Media reports in Germany have stated that Flick is ready to take the job, and Hainer admits such speculation is hurting the side as they aim to conclude the season on a high note.
"We are victims here. Our coach is being discussed now because there is a vacancy at the DFB and we should constantly comment on it," Hainer told Sky90.
Asked if Flick wants the German job, he added: "He hasn't told me that so far. I am firmly convinced that he will still enjoy it with us because he can do a lot with the team.
"He has a great team and a great infrastructure. You don't just give that away."
