Bayern Munich have moved to ease tension with Manchester City as they push to sign Leroy Sane.

Bayern and City are haggling over a fee for the Germany international, who has just over a year to run on his current deal.

It's been claimed Sane already has agreed terms with Bayern over a five-year contract, which has left City management unimpressed.

Sky Deutschland says with tension growing, Bayern have hired new intermediaries to drive negotiations.

The Germans hope the fresh faces will cool tempers and bring City back to the negotiating table. For the moment, City are demanding around €80m to sell.
