Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng remains on the agenda of Premier League clubs.

The Germany international has been linked with a return to England this season after falling out with management at Bayern.

With just over a year to run on his contract, Bayern chief Hasan Salihamidzic is prepared to sell Boateng, reports Soccer Link.

And a return to England for the former Manchester City defender is the most likely scenario.

Arsenal expressed interest in Boateng after Bayern's Champions League round of 16 triumph over Chelsea earlier this year, while the Blues are also said to be keen.
