Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer has declared they have the spending power to compete for the signing of Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.
BVB could cash in on Haaland this summer, with Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool all mentioned as confirmed destinations the player will seriously consider.
Bayern are also on his shortlist and Hainer told Sport1: "We are a financially strong and prosperous club.
"It is clear that we have also had a tough time due to the pandemic, but if we want a player we can recruit.
"So it is clear that we can compete. We can do that."
