Bayern Munich are happy to wait for Reading fullback Omar Richards.

Off contract in June, Richards is in advanced talks over a pre-contract agreement with Bayern, says the Guardian.

As such, Richards will play out the season with Reading before leaving for Germany this summer.

The left-back will join Bayern as long-term cover for Alphonso Davies, knowing David Alaba is set to depart when his deal expires in June.

Richards will pen a three-year pre-contract with Bayern in the coming days.
