Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is happy to stay on the sidelines of their pursuit of Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane.

Currently together with the Germany squad, Neuer insists he's not spoken to Sane about the transfer.

"At such a stage there are always rumours," he said.

"Leroy is experienced, he is well advised and knows for himself what he wants. I didn't talk to him about it.“

Bayern are eager to bring Sane back to Germany this summer - though have complained about City's valuation.
