Bayern Munich are eyeing Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez.

BILD says Bayern are ready to spend big this summer to bring in a new centre-forward.

Bayern failed to replace Robert Lewandowski after his departure for Barcelona in August and are now ready to splash out for a new striker.

Alvarez features high on Bayern shortlist, with Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Eintracht Frankfurt centre-forward Roland Kolo Muani also being considered.

Argentina World Cup winner Alvarez is regarded the most likely signing for Bayern. He could be tempted as he has been forced to play second fiddle to Erling Haaland at City this season.
