Bayern Munich coach Hansi Flick felt their work off the ball was too much for Lazio.

Bayern won the first-leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie 4-1 on Wednesday night.

“We wanted to put them under pressure from the start, which we did very well," said Flick in his press conference.

“We always won the ball back early and consequently created lots of scoring opportunities.

"We're very happy with what we did today and all the players satisfied expectations."
