Bayern Munich chiefs put Guardiola return top of agenda

Bayern Munich chiefs are exploring the prospect of bringing Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola back to the club.

While interim coach Hans Flick will stay in charge to the end of the season, Bayern will seek to make a big name appointment next summer, says BILD.

Ajax coach Erik ten Hag and PSG's Thomas Tuchel feature high on Bayern's shortlist, while they're also testing the ground regarding Guardiola.

The Catalan is in his third year in charge of City, after spending three seasons in Germany with Bayern.

Guardiola has been linked with a move away from City in June and Bayern are eager to speak with him about returning to Munich for next season.
