Bayern Munich chief exec Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has denied they're close to signing Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane.
It emerged last week that a €45m opening offer had been tabled to City for Sane, which was immediately dismissed.
City chief Txiki Begiristain is insisting on €80m to sell the midfielder, who still has a year to run on his contract.
Asked about the rumours after victory at Union Berlin, Rummenigge was snappy.
He branded the reports "a ridiculous rumour" and added "I don't want to say anything else about it".
It's understood Bayern and Sane have an agreement over a five-year deal.
