Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is full of praise for Ivan Perisic.

The winger is on-loan at Bayern from Inter Milan.

Rummenigge said, “Ivan has had a good season and is very reliable. He doesn't necessarily do something spectacular, but statistically he does show up with goals and assists. Flick is really counting on him.

“We really appreciated that when we qualified for the Final Eight of the Champions League, he, Philippe Coutinho and the others on loan agreed to remain even with a pay cut.

“We haven't decided yet if he's staying, but the coach and I really like him."

Bayern are into the Champions League semifinals after their 8-2 thrashing of Barcelona.
