Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge admits the club are taking a careful approach to the transfer market.
Bayern have been linked with Manchester City winger Leroy Sane, but the Premier League are refusing to sell him for less than their asking price of £62m.
"We have to wait and see how this curious transfer market after coronavirus develops," Rummenigge told ARD.
"We all do well to do our job and also take into account that the next season may be more financially challenging than the current one.
"The longer we have to play without a spectator, the more difficult it will be financially."
