It will be the former Arsenal winger's first time back to London since his four goals in the rout of Tottenham in the group phase.
“I've played there a few times, there is a good atmosphere. It's going to be a good game, we're all looking forward to it," said Gnabry.
"It's always cool to come to London to play against the teams there. I still have a lot of friends there who like to come and watch. It's always something special thanks to my Arsenal history."
Gnabry warmed up for the first-leg round 16 game with a goal and an assist in Saturday's defeat of SC Paderborn.
