Bayern Munich chief Uli Hoeness believes the club will be among the big spenders this summer.
The Bayern president knows the club has to replenish its squad, given they have a number of older players in critical positions.
The likes of Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben are nearing the end of their careers in Bavaria.
And Bayern's displays this season indicate a team in need of a big refresh.
One possible move will be Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea, who is adamant about leaving. Bayern had bids rejected for the English youngster in January.
"We are in the process of rejuvenating our team," Hoeness said at a brokerage fair in Munich.
"It's the biggest investment programme FC Bayern has ever had."
