Bayer Leverkusen are ready to tempt Aleksandar Mitrovic away from Fulham.

BILD says Bayer are in the market for a new striker signing and Mitrovic is high on their agenda.

Bayer will make an opening €20m offer for the Serb.

However, Mitrovic will take some persuading, declaring last week: "It feels like my plan is unfinished.

"I want to stay here and lead the club back to the Premier League."
