Bayer Leverkusen manager Peter Bosz has told younger coaches NOT to base their work on Manchester City's Pep Guardiola or Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp.
Bosz has managed since 2000, when he first took the reins of AGOVV Apeldoorn in his homeland Holland.
He told DAZN: "Be yourself! Try to develop your own style and not copy others. Do not be a Guardiola or Klopp.
"If you're only imitating someone else, players see through that immediately. Develop a philosophy and stick to it.
"You have to learn, but you have to stay on your own path - and have fun. Without fun? Forget it!"
