Bayer Leverkusen demand Saliba in Arsenal offer for Tapsoba

Bayer Leverkusen are demanding William Saliba be included in Arsenal's offer for Edmond Tapsoba.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is a fan of the 22 year-old, who can play at the back and in midfield.

Bayer rate Tapsoba in the €80m class, but Kicker says they've informed Arsenal they'd be willing to slash their asking price if Saliba is included in the offer.

The Gunners defender has just completed an impressive six month loan with Nice and is expecting to start preseason under Arteta.

However with the Arsenal manager eager to sign Tapsoba, Saliba could be on the move again this summer. The France U21 defender has been on the books for over two years without ever playing for the first team at Arsenal.
