Batshuayi scores five as Chelsea smash 13 goals past non-league Weymouth

Chelsea thrashed Weymouth 13-0 in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Cobham on Sunday afternoon.

Following the 3-0 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday, Thomas Tuchel wanted to get minutes into those not involved at Stamford Bridge.

The match would have done their confidence the world of good as five different players got on the score sheet for Chelsea.

The Blues were adamant to keep the game as secretive as possible, with Weymouth only able to announce that they were playing against a team 'full of internationals'.

Callum Hudson-Odoi opened the scoring before Michy Batshuayi scored the first of his five goals for the match.

Hudson-Odoi scored another and Ross Barkley bagged a hat-trick, while Thiago Silva and Reece James also got on the scoresheet.

Kurt Zouma, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Ben Chilwell, Emerson Palmieri, Davide Zappacosta and Ethan Ampadu were also pictured in the match.
