Barnsley striker Ashley Fletcher hopes to have a future at parent club Manchester United.
The 20-year-old will aim to guide Barnsley into the Championship on Sunday afternoon, when they face Millwall in the League One play-off final — and perhaps give new United manager Jose Mourinho a nudge.
"My aim will be to go back to Manchester United and see what happens there," said Fletcher.
"I've got to play my game. If they like me and give me an opportunity, then I hope I can take it. That's my aim, to go back there and show them what I'm about."
Fletcher added: "Going on loan again is another option. But my full focus will be to go back there and try to get into that first team."
