Barnsley are emerging as the likeliest option for Liverpool midfielder Herbie Kane.

The 21-year-old has spent time at Hull City and Doncaster Rovers on loan.

His performances with Doncaster got him into the League One Team of the Season, and he impressed Barnsley during that spell.

It is likely to be a loan signing to the end of the season, with the midfielder likely to be joined by at least one more addition for Barnsley before the window shuts.
