Leicester City star Harvey Barnes does not want to make excuses for his team's poor showing against Fulham.
The Foxes were listless and uninspired during their 2-1 home defeat on Monday night in the Premier League.
It is a result that dented their hopes of finishing in the top four this season.
The winger came on and scored late in the game, but Leicester could not nab a point.
"I don't think (fatigue) is an excuse," Barnes told LCFC TV.
"We've had a lot of rotation as a squad and, of course, we've had the Europa League, but everyone's going into each game, as fresh as they can be. I don't think that's a reason really.
"It's a disappointing one for us. We knew the first half wasn't good enough, and gave ourselves a big challenge for the second half. We were a little better in the second half, but still not hitting the levels we know we can. A late goal gave us a bit of hope.
"We're going behind in games too often and it's never easy when you do that."
