Barcelona are wrapping up a deal for Toulouse defender Jean-Clair Todibo tonight.

Marca says Todibo will travel to Barcelona on Thursday afternoon after the Blaugrana and Toulouse reached an agreement for the 19-year-old to move to the Camp Nou immediately.

With Barcelona having previously come to an accord over a summer deal which would take the French Guiana born centre half to Catalonia on a free transfer, the Spanish giants have moved to bring the teenager in just before the January transfer window closes.

Toulouse had demoted Todibo to the reserve team as soon as the transfer away from the club was arranged, a decision which alerted the Spanish club to the possibility of securing his signing early.

Barcelona will pay a fee to sign the player immediately, although it's unclear just what the value of this transfer will be.
