Barcelona willing to grant free transfers to fringe players

Barcelona are willing to grant free transfers to fringe players.

Sport says there's no player who has openly said they want to go.

So Barcelona are thinking about letting some go for free, with Neto and Samuel Umtiti the clearest two. The Brazilian keeper has a high salary for a second choice stopper.

That salary was key to him accepting to come as No 2 to Ter Stegen. The goalkeeper has a proposal from Lazio but they will only sign him if it's for free.

Umtiti's case is more complicated, as he has a deal until 2026. His latest injury stopped him leaving in January. Now he's fit again, Barcelona are thinking about just letting him go.
