Barcelona have agreed a five-year contract with Leeds United winger Raphinha.
However, Leeds' asking price is proving too rich for the Catalans.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports: "Raphinha deal. Barcelona have full agreement with his agent Deco since February on a five year deal but Leeds want €55m, no plan to change their price tag.
"Barca need to be fast as Premier League clubs are back in the race, including Arsenal - but no bid submitted yet."
Both Arsenal and Tottenham have been linked with a move for the forward.
However, Spurs are only thought to be interested if they cannot complete a deal for Everton man Richarlison.
