Barcelona wait as Man Utd boss Mourinho ready to see Pogba sold

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is ready to see Paul Pogba sold.

The Sun says the midfielder is on his way out of United after being told he will never captain the club again.

His fraught relationship with manager Mourinho is now broken — and Barcelona are set to make a January move.

Mourinho said: “I made the decision for Paul not to be the second captain any more.

“It was exactly the same person who decided Paul was the second captain. No fall-out at all, just decisions I do not have to explain."

Pogba sat in the Old Trafford stands last night.

He was not present when Mourinho delivered the news of his decision to the squad who were involved against the Rams.

The player's agent Mino Raiola is understood to have promised Pogba a move to Barcelona at the end of this season after a three-year stint back at Old Trafford.
