Barcelona star Leo Messi has dined with Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba in Dubai.

The Mirror reports Pogba has travelled to Dubai and pictures emerged of him alongside Barcelona superstar Messi on Friday.

The pair bumped into each other at Salt Bae's Turkish steak house and were seen deep in conversation.

Pogba is reported to have been telling Messi about France's chant for N'Golo Kante which includes a line about 'stopping' the Argentine superstar - although Messi is laughing and insists that is a lie.

The Frenchman has been linked with a move to the Nou Camp in recent months amid reports of a bust-up with Jose Mourinho.

Barca are interested in Pogba but would only be willing to pay around £100m - far less than what United would be after.
