Barcelona have told Manchester City to look elsewhere over their interest in Nelson Semedo.

Sport says City made an approach to Barca on the weekend about a price for the Portugal fullback.

However, Barca have insisted Semedo is not for sale, referring City to his €100m buyout clause.

It's suggested City made their move after being frustrated in their bid for Juventus defender Joao Cancelo.

What's clear is City boss Pep Guardiola wants a new fullback signing before next week's Premier League deadline.
