Barcelona are swooping for Real Mallorca teen Chadi Riad.

Sport says Barca burned off competition from Villarreal to secure the commitment of the 15 year-old defender.

Riad will move to Barca's La Masia academy at the end of the season.

The defender is a Morocco youth international and has been told he will initially be registered to the Juvenil B U19 team at Barca.
