Barcelona ace Leo Messi says he's desperate to win a title with Argentina.

Messi explained that he isn't thinking about retirement any time soon, but that when he does hang up his boots he wants to do so with a major international medal in his collection.

"The day I don't enjoy it anymore I won't play anymore," he said in an interview with Fox Sports in Argentina ahead of the Copa America.

"But right now I love training and matches, like I did when I was a kid.

"I want to retire having won something with Argentina and I'll keep trying to win something.

"I'm another member of the group with the national team, I said that to the coach when I arrived."
