Barcelona are ready to secure Luis Suarez and Ivan Rakitic to new deals.

AS says deals with Suárez and Rakitic would follow the recent extensions penned by colleagues Sergio Busquets, Javier Mascherano and Neymar.

Striker Suárez could even finalise the renewal of his present Camp Nou terms - which are due to expire in 2019 - as early as next week.

Meanwhile, talks have been ongoing with Rakitic for some months, as reports link the Croat with several European suitors, including Manchester United.

But the midfielder, whose current Barça agreement also runs out in 2019, has let his representatives know he has no plans to leave, and is set to commit.
