Barcelona rethinking Super League commitment after Prem Six withdrawal

Barcelona are the latest Super League club now wavering on their commitment.

After all six English teams withdrew, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal, Barca now are reconsidering their position.

Reports in Spain says Atletico Madrid are also close to pulling out, while in Italy Inter Milan are also said to be on the brink.

That would leave just Agnelli's Juventus, Florentino Perez's Real Madrid and AC Milan as the last three clubs standing.

Speaking on Tuesday, Milan chief executive Ivan Gazidis said: “We're confident that this new competition will capture the imagination of billions of soccer fans all over the world and will be a new, exciting chapter for the game.

“The Super League will provide value and support to the whole soccer pyramid with greater financial resources."
