FC Tokyo whizkid Takefusa Kubo admits he's ready to return to Europe.
Forced to return to Japan from Barcelona's academy as part of FIFA's investigation into the Catalans' junior transfer work, Kubo has maintained his exciting progress with Tokyo.
A return to Barca has been mooted, with Real Madrid and PSG also in contact.
Kubo, 17, told Goal: "In football, I always want to aim for the summit. I am very much looking forward to seeing what I will do myself in the future, and I intend to spare no effort to achieve this.
"I cannot wait to see my potential and try to climb the ladder.
"I would love to play in the best European leagues. It has always been my goal since I was little to play with high level players at a higher level. I do not know which league will be the highest level when I move, but I hope that I will be a player who plays in the best league."
