Barcelona president Sandro Rosell regrets not selling Daniel Alves to Manchester City last summer.
El Confidencial says Rosell is ruing turning down City's €29 million offer for Alves before the start of the season. City, instead, snapped up Douglas Maicon on a free from Inter Milan.
With Alves now struggling for form and fitness, Rosell has confessed to confidants he regrets not taking City's offer.
