Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has hinted talks are well underway over the signing of Valencia striker Rodrigo Moreno.

Bartomeu was in attendance for the Mundo Deportivo gala where he was quizzed about Rodrigo and Barca's search for a new striker.

He revealed: "Rodrigo? We are not talking about players of opposing teams, but if you ask me for a possible reinforcement, it is something that is on the table.

"There is a possibility that a player comes, he could be from Barça B or another club.

"If I like Rodrigo? I like a lot of players..."
