The Portugal U21 defender's future at Old Trafford is in doubt as he struggled to find a way past summer signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka this season.

The Catalans are in the market for a versatile fullback as they prepare to sell one or both of Nelson Semedo and Junior Firpo.
