Gerard Pique scored at the death and Martin Braithwaite notched an extra time goal to send Barcelona to the 2020/21 Copa del Rey Final with a dramatic 3-0 victory over Sevilla in their semi-final second leg on Wednesday night at the Camp Nou.
Afterwards, Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen said, "We had the patience and intensity to believe in ourselves. We scored the first goal quickly, but the second did not come. We had the patience to continue and insist until Piqué's goal.
"We are very happy. We are in a very important final. Let's hope now to continue in LaLiga. We will not stop believing in what we do.
"I knew that if they scored a goal against us it would complicate everything. For me it is always good to help the team, although the penalty is always a lottery,"
Pedri also said, "My adrenaline is still in my entire body, even though it seems like I'm calm on the outside. Both in the League and now in the Cup, we have dominated Sevilla at all times and the result is fair. It is a dream to play the final, I hope the first of many more. Piqué's goal was crazy. I have seen it from the bench and I have not been able to repress myself."
