Barcelona are on the brink of signing Santos midfielder Tailson Pinto Goncalves.

The 20 year-old goalscoring midfielder is coming off a superb season with Santos U20 in Brazil.

Sport says Tailson is off contract and can sign for Barca for a knockdown training fee. The youngster is set to sign a three-year deal.

Tailson will initially be registered with Barca B.

Santos coach Jorge Sampaoli had plans to hand him a debut last season before new contract talks collapsed.
