Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic hopes to see the LaLiga resume like the Bundesliga.

The Bundesliga return was marked by Borussia Dortmund's 4-0 victory over rivals Schalke, whilst it's still unclear just when LaLiga Santander will be able to resume competition.

"It's nice to see football has been able to return, that's exciting, but it's a little sad to see it happen without fans, hopefully we can follow that same path," Rakitic explained in an interview with Marc Marquez.

"This is an image we're going to have to get used to, the separate benches and no fans.

"I really want to feel like a footballer again, there has been a good rhythm to training and feeling the movement of passing a ball to a teammate instead of a wall brings you adrenaline."
